30 September 2021  - Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams accompanied by Umzimvubu mayor to lead a local delegation in Kwabhaca during the Nation-Wide Vooma Vaccination Weekend. Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams in her capacity as the Alfred Nzo District Development Model (DDM) Champion, will on Friday, 01 October 2021, lead a delegation of local leaders at Umzimvubu Local Municipality in KwaBhaca.

The DSBD in collaboration with the UNDP launches a study on the impact of Covid-19

28 September 2021 - The Department of Small Business Development (DSBD) in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in South Africa have launched a study titled: “The Impact of COVID-19 on Micro and Informal Businesses in South Africa” on 28 September 2021. In terms of non-agricultural employment, 36.84% of all females are employed in the informal sector.
