The Department of Small Business Development supported by the European Union-funded Ecosystem Development for Small Enterprise (EDSE) Programme are running provincial roadshows. The purpose of the roadshows is to profile the role and techniques of clustering and identifying potential clusters for further support. The Provincial Department of Economic Development and Tourism (DEDAT), with key public and private sector role-players in each province have been invited, including provincial economic development and SMME officials, business chambers and local government Local Economic Development (LED) officials.
