The Department of Small Business Development together with its agencies, Seda and sefa, is participating at the Government Communication and Information System launch of the Loeriesfontein Thusong Service Centre in loeriesfontein, Northern Cape Province.

The aim of the event is to develop a communication paradigm of putting the information needs of citizens first through facilitated face to face interaction among citizens, government and stakeholders.

The DSBD is driven by the mandate to lead and co-ordinate an integrated approach to the promotion and development of Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (SMMEs) and Co-operatives to ensure an enabling legislative and policy environment to support their growth and sustainability.
