The Minister for Small Business, Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams is continuing with her service delivery as well as Ministerial Imbizo crusade in uThukela District Municipality and Okhahlamba Local Municipality in the KwaZulu Natal province.

Ndabeni-Abrahams is joined by KZN CoGTA MEC Bongiwe Sithole-Moloi and the Executive Mayors of uThukela District Municipality and oKhahlamba Local Municipality.

She will deliver a SEIF plant to Small,Micro and Medium Enterprises and Co-operatives in Okhahlamba ahead of the Ministerial Imbizo.

The Minister for Small Business Development, Ms Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams together with the Minister for Home Affairs, Dr Aaron Motsoaledi are hosting a one-stop workshop on the management of immigration and the state of foreign owned spaza shops in South Africa today at Umhlanga Coastlands Hotel in Durban, KZN.

This workshop is meant to prioritise reinvestment into the lucrative spaza shop business by local people in the multi billion rand industry.

The Department of Small Business Development together with its agencies, Seda and sefa, is participating at the Government Communication and Information System launch of the Loeriesfontein Thusong Service Centre in loeriesfontein, Northern Cape Province.

The aim of the event is to develop a communication paradigm of putting the information needs of citizens first through facilitated face to face interaction among citizens, government and stakeholders.

The Deputy Minister for Small Business Development, Ms Dipuo Peters led a Ministerial Imbizo at Magareng Local Municipality in the Francis Baard District Municipality, Northern Cape Province on 22 May 2024. Deputy Minister Peters was joined by Mayor of Magareng Local Municipality, Ms Neo Mase, Mayor of Dikgatlong Local Municipality, Ms Joyce Tshwanagae, Mayor of Phokwane Local Municipality, Mr Tebogo Africa, Member of National Council of Provinces, Mr Dikgang Stock and Councillor Mangie Tshekedi from Frances Baard District.
